Casper is a young and active little (10 lb) Chichon who loves to play with other dogs and children, and would be happiest in a home where there are children to play with. Casper is house trained and crate trained. His adoption fee is $350 which includes neuter surgery, UTD vaccines, deworming, flea control and complete vet check.
